Metallica Rose Harrison, 27, was charged with two counts of criminal homicide on October 12, 2026, after her husband Charles and 3-year-old son Tristan were found stabbed to death in a Great Wolf Lodge room in the Poconos. The October 15 autopsy found the 3-year-old had multiple chest stab wounds and Charles a single one, the reverse of initial police reports. Police found two non-resort knives in the room, a butcher knife and a steak knife, and neither victim had defensive wounds. Harrison is held without bail awaiting a preliminary hearing.
