Puts a figure on O'Hara's victim count
Clemente puts a figure on O'Hara's reach for the first time: roughly 240 victims over his offending career, found in the investigation. He then widens out to the ripple effect on families and to why he never sought therapy as an FBI agent.
• New York archdiocese abuse settlement, 2026-10-30
  Reports the archdiocese's notice defense
Puts the archdiocese's own defense on the record: New York argued Long Island knew about O'Hara and that New York was never put on notice. Clementi counters that the church is one worldwide entity and that New York hired O'Hara at 13 schools over 23 years without checking his history.

Recounts his own affidavits and deposition
Clemente recounts his own seven years of affidavits and the three-day deposition, and retells telling Father Stinner about the abuse and being told to say ten Our Fathers and ten Hail Marys. Personal testimony that stays inside facts already on the record.
• New York archdiocese abuse settlement, 2026-10-30
Explains the Child Victims Act backdrop
Clementi walks through the Child Victims Act as background to the settlement: the 2019 law suspended the civil statute of limitations, 1,300 people sued the Archdiocese of New York, and criminal deadlines could not be changed retroactively. It stays inside the case already on the record.

Details the budget cuts and headquarters sale
Walks through the archdiocese's belt-tightening behind the settlement - a 10 percent operating budget cut, the sale of its Manhattan headquarters and hotel land - and Clemente's account of serving search warrants there and finding a letter the archdiocese said did not exist.
• New York archdiocese abuse settlement, 2026-10-29
Questions the transparency terms and uncharged officials
Reaction to the settlement's transparency terms, with Jim Clemente arguing the archive is what survivors demanded but that the decision-makers remain alive and uncharged. He retells Father Stinner resurfacing at a parish about 30 miles away to raise money for a youth group.
• New York archdiocese abuse settlement, 2026-10-29
Lays out survivor demands beyond the settlement
Clemente lays out what survivors want beyond the settlement: a church-wide policy barring adults from being alone with children and requiring monitoring of altar servers. It is a statement of goals and reaction, not a development in the settlement itself.
• New York archdiocese abuse settlement, 2026-10-29
Explains the points matrix and payment timeline
Walks through how the money gets divided: a judge hired by the victims' attorneys, the same arbitration judge from the Boy Scouts cases, will value each claim on a points matrix, with preliminary payments expected next year. Compares the process to the 9/11 victim fund.
• New York archdiocese abuse settlement, 2026-10-29
Recounts the deal from a plaintiff's side
Clemente, a plaintiff in the litigation, walks through the settlement from the inside: the bankruptcy threat that forced unanimity, the 1963 Boy Scouts letter to the Archdiocese of Long Island, and his own three-day deposition. Adds first-hand detail to the deal's terms.
• O.J. accomplice claims, 2026-10-22
Lays out the theory that Simpson had help
Clemente lays out his long-held theory that Simpson had help: the angle of Goldman's leg wounds implies someone held him from behind, and Kato Kaelin told him Simpson tried to set up a false alibi. Argument and reconstruction, not a new record.
• O.J. accomplice claims, 2026-10-22
Interviews Kaelin on never hearing Ippolito's name
Interviews Kato Kaelin, who lived in Simpson's guest house, about the Ippolito claims. He says he never heard the name until the stories broke and never saw Ippolito at the property, though he knew Cowlings well - a first-hand denial from a trial witness.
• Arrest warrant for Lindsay Clancy, 2026-10-16
Questions whether the ICU confusion persisted
Returns to the ICU memory-contamination question, asking whether Clancy's confusion was temporary or persists, and compares her sedated statements to a confession from someone voluntarily intoxicated. It stays inside the ground already covered on the warrant point.
• Arrest warrant for Lindsay Clancy, 2026-10-16
Argues the ICU disclosure contaminated her account

• The Clancy mistrial, 2026-10-16
Restates the 11-1 split and the premeditation gap
Clemente and Vaughn Lasley restate the 11-1 split, framing it as the jury finding Clancy responsible for the deaths but not criminally responsible. Vaughn Lasley argues the prosecution never proved premeditation; no new development.

Close-reads his movements on the 911 call
Close read of Patrick Clancy's movements on the 911 call: he left arriving EMTs outside with Lindsay, told one to wait, went down alone and yelled 'she killed the effing kids' - the phrasing the hosts treat as evidence of a staged discovery.
• Patrick Clancy's GoFundMe and forgiveness, 2026-10-16
Adds her postpartum hospitalization and weight loss
Walks through Patrick Clancy's account of the night: he stayed with Lindsay outside until first responders arrived, then went inside alone and found the children, with the EMTs left outside. • Patrick Clancy's GoFundMe and forgiveness, 2026-10-16
